Why do we need an environmental policy?

Why do we need an environmental policy?

We only need environmental policy because, where we live, it is known as Earth. Many creatures live on this earth. For example, humans, animals and birds, etc., are all creatures of this earth, who make each other’s support, if it is not there, then there will be no balance in this environment. Nature has its own influence on this earth, which keeps making changes happen at all times. Due to this change, the climate changes in the environment. We should provide protection to this environment. Thousands of years ago, there is not so much dirt in this environment that we are seeing and feeling today. First, feeding of flowers in this environment, blossoming of trees, clearing the water of rivers and greenery in the fields is all about the nature of this nature.

Environmental policy requirement

There is a large amount of news coverage related to the state of the economy, international politics and various national events. On the other hand, environment and environmental policy are being ignored. Many citizens and representatives meet the need for substantial policy reform when discussing environmental policy. However, when concrete policies are introduced, they are usually ignored. Due to the current state of the environment, politicians should give high priority to environmental policy. So that this environment can be improved and human life can get the same fresh air, pure water, soil.

The danger of disappearance of many glaciers in 10 years

Environmental policy became a national problem under Theodore Roosevelt, when national parks were established in the hope of conserving wildlife for future generations. The modern environmental movement began during the Nixon administration in the 1970s, when a great deal of environmental law began. Nixon signed the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), which established a national policy to promote environmental development and established requirements for all government agencies to prepare environmental assessments and environmental impact statements.

Many environmental problems faced by the public in the late 20th century remain today, including: climate change, fossil fuel scarcity, sustainable energy solutions, ozone depletion and resource depletion. Today, with a large number of problems currently affecting the environment, this should again be a priority.

Positive attitudes find light even in the dark

Rising sea levels, droughts and other extreme weather events have the human effect of killing or displacing dozens of people each year. People suffer a lot of damage due to this effect. The government should focus on this matter. In an international study by Oxfam at the University of Belgium, Earth is currently experiencing about 500 natural disasters, affecting more than 250 million people.
